Ronald & Joyce Wanek Foundation, Inc. Scholarship

Summary

The Ronald & Joyce Wanek Foundation, Inc. Scholarship is awarded to students striving for academic success. Scholarship applicants must be high school seniors who will be attending a technical college or university and planning a career in a qualifying engineering or design field.

 

The Ronald & Joyce Wanek Foundation, Inc. Scholarship awards up to $5,000 and will be awarded prior to attending Fall semester.​

Eligibility

Scholarship applicants must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

1. Be a high school senior, graduating in Spring 2026.

2. Be enrolled at a technical college or university in Fall 2026.

3. Be a student at a high school located within a 60 mile radius of:

  1. Arcadia, Wisconsin

  2. Ecru, Ripley, Saltillo or Verona, Mississippi

  3. Advance, North Carolina

  4. Leesport, Pennsylvania

  5. Mesquite, Texas

4. Must be majoring in an approved field of study listed below:

Automation Technology, Automation & Robotics, Carpentry, Commercial Driving, Construction, Diesel Technology, Electrical, Electromechanical, Engineering (Automation, Computer, Design, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical) Heavy Equipment Operation, HVAC, Interior Design, Information Technology (IT), IoT (Internet of Things), Machine Tooling, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Pipefitting, Plumbing, Welding & Fabrication

 

How to Apply

Fill out scholarship application and questionnaire

1. Upload a copy of your high school transcript

2. Upload a copy of your resume - format must be one page and include headings for the categories listed below:

1. Name, address, phone number & email

2. Summary statement

3. Education

4. Employment history (if any)

5. Hobbies and interests

3. Submit completed application and required documents by the submission deadline Friday, March 15, 2026, 11:59pm.
